Lawsuit Over - Agent Vindicated Posted on April 13th
In January, I posted about the California couple suing their real estate agent because they believed he had duped them into buying an over-valued home. The jury is in, and the agent won’t be paying them damages.

It only took the jury two hours to reach a decision, summed up by the forewoman this way: We felt that in any kind of purchase, especially one that big and most of us have had our own situations we’d been through the bottom lline really stops with you.
It’s nice to win, but I’m sure the two years of litigation took their toll on this agent’s business and life.
