Recognizing Code Violations and Their Remedies Posted on May 15th
Q: Could you elaborate on what constitutes a violation of the housing code? I have a suspicion that my basement apartment is not up to code, but I don’t know what kind of stuff I should look for. If I find a violation, what should I do to try to remedy it?
