Foreclosure Via Facebook - Membership Skyrocketing Posted on December 19th
I love RSS feeds, as I get customized news delivered to me almost as it happens all during the day. My first look this morning was greeted by a couple of blog posts about Facebook. Thanks to Sean Purcell over at Bloodhound Blog for this post about foreclosure and Facebook. It seems that a lender in Australia was having trouble serving foreclosure documents to a couple, so they did it via Facebook. The Supreme Court over there ruled that this was an acceptable use of the social media site. Apparently you can log out, but you can't hide.
